I work alongside founders, CEOs, and executive teams as a Senior Leadership and Culture Advisor, acting as a trusted thinking partner in moments that matter. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to help leaders think clearly, see what truly matters, and make better decisions over time.
I also partner with organisations to build people-first cultures where trust, performance, and belonging grow side by side. My work bridges leadership, culture, and execution, helping companies ensure that values are not just written down, but lived in everyday decisions, behaviours, and conversations.
MY JOURNEY
Originally from Sweden and now based in London, I have lived and worked in multiple countries and led across diverse cultural and business environments. This international experience allows me to support organisations navigating hybrid work, distributed teams, and cross-cultural leadership, including Swedish companies expanding into the UK.
My career spans more than 25 years across creative communication, advertising, media, technology, SaaS, and organisational development. I have built teams, shaped cultures, and led through growth, change, and uncertainty. Along the way, I have learned that leadership is less about having the right answers and more about staying grounded in who you are while helping others grow.
I also bring experience from working as a Senior Partner at a research-based performance and leadership firm, where the focus was on human needs, motivation, and the conditions for sustainable performance. That research foundation, combined with real-world leadership experience, allows me to help organisations build cultures that work for people and for the business.
Alongside my advisory work, I offer executive coaching as a confidential and trusted space for senior leaders. A place to think out loud, reflect honestly, and stay aligned with who they are and what they are building.
My approach is practical, research-informed, and deeply human. I work with the whole person, not just the role.
